Application installation and registration
Installation on Mobile Devices (Phone or Tablet)
Depending on your device’s operating system, follow the steps below:
- Android Devices: Open “Google Play“, search for “Fastlink TV,” and tap Install.
- iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad): Open the “App Store“, search for “Fastlink TV,” and tap Get.
Important: To download applications, your device must be signed in to a valid Google Account or Apple ID.
Installation on Smart TVs
Before starting, ensure your TV is connected to the internet and signed in to the respective manufacturer account (Samsung, LG, or Google).
SAMSUNG (Tizen OS)
Press the Smart Hub (or Home) button on your remote.
Navigate to and select Apps.
Select the Magnifying Glass (Search) icon and type “Fastlink TV”.
Select Done, then select Download.
Once the download is complete, select Open to launch the app.
LG (webOS)
Press the Home button on your remote.
Launch the LG Content Store.
Navigate to the Apps category or use the search icon at the top.
Locate the Fastlink TV app and select Install.
Once installed, launch the application from your Home menu.
Android TV / Google TV
Open the Apps menu from your home screen.
Launch the Google Play Store.
Search for the Fastlink TV app.
Select Install and wait for the process to finish.
Select Open to launch the app.
How to Log In
Once the application is launched, you will be prompted to enter your credentials. Please refer to the activation email you received:
Username: Enter the ID provided in the “Login” field.
Password: Enter your unique password in the “Password” field.
